Q:How do I pay for my order?
Payment can be made with credit card through Paypal. Bank deposit and Australian Money Orders are also accepted.
Q: When can I expect my order?
The majority of items are held in stock and are ready for immediate dispatch. These items will be shipped within 48 business hours of full payment being received. For items which need to be ordered in The Linen Gallery will contact you with an estimated delivery time. If the delivery time frame is not suitable the order may be cancelled by the customer.
Q: How much are postage/shipping charges?
All postage/shipping is done through Australia Post. The shipping charges are at Australia Post rates. No handling fee nor any other fee is charged by linengallery.com.au for shipping. Sometimes it is possible for your purchase to be shipped at a lower price than what is calculated by the shopping cart. If the shipping charges are less than what is calculated then any extra will be refunded back to the customer. If the shipping charges are higher than calculated the linengallery.com.au will not charge the customer any additional fee. Q: What size do I need?
All items have measurements included. For international customers bed sizes can vary so please check measurements carefully. An Australian Double Size is the equivalent of a full size bed and an Australian Single size is the equivalent of a twin size bed. King Single Beds use a double size quilt and cover. If you are unsure please email us.
Q: I can't find what I am looking for:-
The Linen Gallery has access to a large range of bed linen from many companies including Kas, Charles Parsons, Logan & Mason, Ladelle, Linenhouse, Pash Living Homewares, Manhattan Homewares plus many more. New products will be added regularly. If the item you are looking for is not currently listed please email us and we will endeavour to locate it for you.
Q: What is your return policy?
If the item is not suitable returns are accepted. Claims for refunds must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Please email sales@linengallery.com.au for authorisation number.
Q: What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives faulty or the contents are incorrect, we hope to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. Please contact our customer service by email on sales@linengallery.com.au within 48 hours of delivery.
