The Linen Gallery aims to give customers 100% satisfaction. Please read through our terms and conditions before purchasing products from this website. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to the terms & conditions outlined below.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars and are GST inclusive. Credit card payments can be made through Paypal. Bank Deposit and Australian Money Order are also accepted. Delivery charges will be included in the shopping cart transaction.
Customs and Import Duties for International Buyers
Please be aware that linengallery.com.au are not responsible for any customs or import duties. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Postage/Shipping
All items will be sent through Australia Post. Postage/Shipping charges are based on Australia Post rates. Where applicable express post is available. The Linen Gallery reserves the right to modify the shipping method if the method chosen is not appropriate.
Delivery
For items held in stock your order will be processed and dispatched within 48 business hours of payment being received. Deliveries will be made during standard business hours Monday to Friday. You will be notified by phone or email if any items in your order are not readily available or delayed. Disclaimer We will make every effort to complete your order. Should suppliers be out of stock we may be unable to fulfil your order or there may be a delay in processing your order. We will endeavour to contact you and inform you if there is a problem with your order.

All photos and images on this website are representations of the product being sold. Colours may vary slightly depending on the individual settings of a monitor.
Refunds
If an item is not suitable it may be returned on condition that it is unopened and in it's original packaging. Any claims for refunds must be made within 48 hours of the delivery date. Please email sales@linengallery.com.au for an authorisation number. The customer is responsible for all postage costs for items returned. Once the item is received by the Linen Gallery either a refund for the cost of the item or a store credit will be issued.
Errors
The Linen Gallery will not be held responsible or liable if insufficient or incorrect information is supplied by the customer which may lead to late deliveries or failed deliveries. The onus is with the customer to check that all the information given is correct, complete and accurate before the order is submitted.
Inaccuracy Disclaimer
From time to time there may be information on our Web Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability.The Linen Gallery reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We only collect our members’ personal data when they register online, such as but not limited to, their names, addresses, phone number and e-mail address. We will only use this data for the purpose of processing an order or communicating with you about the status of your order.

We will not disclose our customer information to other third parties unless required by law. This means that your information will not be distributed for use in mailing lists, surveys, or any other purposes beyond what is required to fulfill our obligation as your linen retailer.

Your password is the key to your account. Use unique numbers, letters, and special characters and do not disclose your password to anyone. If you do share your password or your personal information with others, remember that you are responsible for all actions taken in the name of your account.
